Responsibilities:
- Coordinate treatment plans and ensure seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently using our practice management software.
- Provide patients with information on treatment options and address any inquiries they may have.
- Assist in the development of treatment protocols and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction and compliance with treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all materials are readily available.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient flow and enhance service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare is a plus.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a coordination or administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and scheduling software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient confidentiality and care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
